...is not easy! Normally you won't get much traffic from twitter when you tweet, but ofcourse it depends on the niche. 3-10 visitors a day is most likely what you can expect under 'normal' circumstances, but heyyy.. it's free :-)

It is free yes and if you have 30-40 accounts you can get some traffic.
