I have seen this website that let you view videos to get credits to exchange them for views from other people. Is it safe to use these with cpa offers? I mean, the traffic is real right?

A bunch of bots that will only serve to get your cpa links banned. Do not use them if you want to monetize.

It's not worth spending time in this kind of sites specially if you use cpa or ppc.
