Facebook ads only producing non-quality fake likes

So I´ve run some small campaigns for like clicks on my page/company, and it started out all right..though I thought it was too much to pay 50cent or 1$ for one like..(reaching something like 1000-5000 people per ad) and I got some quality people liking my page.
