Can I send out email list (AWEBER) through Smartphone?
Or, it is had to be done via PC or Laptop all the time?
If yes, which smartphone is best in handling this task well?
Iphone or Blackberry?

Well the short answer is Yes. You can control Aweber from Phone as well as PC.

You should be able to do it on smartphones, it'll just take a bit longer since there are limitations with smartphones compared to PC and even other mobile devices.

Smartphones are just an extension of the internet. It is just like the internet, well it is part of the internet. The only difference I'd see it being is that it's a mobile device. Well, you also have apps and such too.
