Suggest me free theme or plugin that support these futures.
I want to create a wordpress site which is mainly for hosting the database of all college students in my city(this database will be updated by colleges). every Employer can search for student details on the basis of student name, year of passout, Major subject, section etc.

It's hard to pick one as I've gone through so many. I don't like using the same theme as everyone else, but it's kind of inevitable in Wordpress. If anything, I think the theme on sites all blends together. Most people don't really follow the theme too much anyways, I never do. You just need to find one that fits you, try one and see if it works for you, if not, move to the next one.
