Always optimize for speed and keywords. Next check for html and css validation errors. And remember image tags and a simple menu/link structure. And get some good backlinks.
Once it was great to have the keyword in the url and two keywords worked even greater. There also were a time where Google Maps were great. Then came Google+ and the possibility to link your site to your Google+ account. It is unfair and it will change eventually like all the first mentioned stuff.
