Guest blogging is one of the best ways of increasing your writing skills. I have done it at least once every single month, for the past 5 years. People offer me a guest spot on their blog and I will post a lengthy article on their blog. Usually for free. In turn it helps me get my sites out there more.
Is this a practice you like doing?

Yes that is absolutely true. I learned partly by guest blogging, partly writing on my own blogs.

I completely agree. Guest blogging is a great way of showcasing a blogs essence. I have guest blogged on others sites many times and I have also allowed guest bloggers on my blogs. It really comes in handy.

Guest blogging is a great way of learning. I will admit that it isn't ideal, but it is a good start for bloggers. It usually doesn't pay, as guest blogging means you're not getting paid.

I did some guest blogging once. It gave me some backlinks and a few afilliate sales.
