www.morguefile.com/ : There are paid images but the one I've seen are about 1$ to 5$

And http://www.deviantart.com/ many people don't use it but you can find some pretty neat stock images which already have a TOS or you can contact the owner if you want to use their photos.

Oh nice. I was looking for something like this. I honestly had no idea there was so many stock sites for free photos. I'm going to have to check some of these out and see if any will fit my future wordpress site. Ah, I can't wait!
