What should you avoid doing for On-Page SEO?

I had a customer who repeated one keyword 100 times at the bottom of her site. Black text on black background = invicible text. She were nowhere to be found in Google! Her room mate who were in the same business, same city ranked no. one in Google for the same keyword. So keyword stuffing is the way to go if you don't want to be in the Google index :-)
