I disagree in a way. It's best to have a group of writers writing for ones blog. The reason why is because different voices attract different people. Some people may be more informative, some more conservative, and so on. The more you have, the better. Just don't use one writer most of the time, because sometimes people do tire of it. Plus, most big sites have many writers on staff.
