Why vimeo is so slow?

Why Vimeo is slowly buffers? I’ve a beautiful internet connection where YouTube videos play without streaming. It is really frustrating – sometimes the video doesn’t loads fully, incompletely stops in between and start buffering again.
By fault the Vimeo is slow or we need to enhance some tricks to make it better?
