Lets say I am going to launch a new site soon, and more interest is coming from overseas, should I launch my site there first and then here in the states when the time is right? Or launch everywhere right away? I feel it'd be cooler to launch in another country and make it exclusive for a while and then open it up elsewhere. Is this a good idea or not?
