How would you design your menu?

Personally I hate how simple the menu is on wordpress and how it's the same for everyone else if they don't do any editing to it. Anyways I figure I would do some editing of my menu and I was wondering what would be your ideal look to your menu? I know this sounds dumb, but I want simplistic, but I don't want it to be the same as every other menu out there.

Well, I said in another topic that I wouldn't have too many things. I think I'd just have; Home, Members, Faq, Forum, and so on. As for editing the menu, I have no idea where I'll be going with that. I will probably just go the simple route and just make it fit with the overall design, which I have yet to decide.

The menu structure in WordPress hasn't much room for creativity. I found a plugin MegaMenu which I sometimes use to create something that is extraordinary.
