When it comes to joining in on a joint venture, it can be confusing and time consuming. When you decide to go in on one, please make sure you can handle it, make sure it's something that is of interest to you, because if you go in, to something that's not of your knowledge, you should expect to fail.

Whenever I go into my first joint venture, I'm going to make sure that it can benefit me and that I can first handle it and secondly, it's something I have knowledge of and actually like.
