...is not easy! Normally you won't get much traffic from twitter when you tweet, but ofcourse it depends on the niche. 3-10 visitors a day is most likely what you can expect under 'normal' circumstances, but heyyy.. it's free :-)

Using Facebook to drive traffic is not as easy as it used to be. Before Facebooks latest update most of your friends and Likes would see your updates but with the introduction of Promoted Postings Facebook had decided to make more money. Thes means that a lot fewer will see your posts in your time line - unless.... you pay for it!!!!

Brilliant for Facebook. Sad for every one else.

Before the update it was pretty easy to get Likes. Today you will only get your friends Likes and notice that if you want more Likes you have to pay!

Things don't go viral as they used to do, but the easiest postings to make viral are extremely funny things and outrageus unjust or heartbreaking posts.

While this isn't a total "speed check" site, it does check to see if a website is loading properly. It comes in handy when you are trying to troubleshoot something or if a website isn't loading for you.

Do you pick out a theme that is responsive or is it not a must for you?

For those that may not know: A responsive theme is a theme that scales to the device. If a user is browsing your site with a smartphone, the website will be scaled to fit that device for easier browsing, the same is true for a tablet.

I personally always try and pick out a responsive theme, I do think it is a must in today's world.

Do you prefer a paid theme or do you try and find something free that fits your needs/taste?

I usually start out with something free. There are a lot of nice free themes out there that give nearly everything that a paid theme does. There are even themes that are responsive which is a must in today's world.

I wanted to drop a post here about Hawk Host. I was hosted by them for a few months and can honestly say that I had a decent experience. Of course now I am on a VPS with someone else for cost reasons, but they would be one of my top choices if I was looking for something shared.

Anyone have any experience with Volusion?

I have heard a few friends of mine talk about it and have heard many mixed reviews. I messed around with the demo a bit but nothing more than that.
